HOW TO USE IT: To use this product, start with Base Coat Plus, followed by two coats of any Nicole by OPI nail lacquer. Let the lacquer dry completely before applying Texture Coat. Complete the manicure with Top Coat Plus for a high-shine finish.

Nicole by OPI formulas are long-lasting, fast-drying, and salon-quality, with products featuring the Perfect Stroke brush for streak-free, even coverage. MY THOUGHTS: So… what sounds like more shatter? I’m hoping it’s not… only because OPI has all of these colors except gold.

Sounds like Shatter. I have China Glaze’s ‘crackle’ which is more simple than this. You just need any color varnish as base, crackle, and a top coat. Apparently as mentioned by the author, with these ‘texture coats’ you need a base, two coats of a nicole color, texture coats and a top coat. Is it the same for shatter? If it is I will just stick to china glaze.
